This story, as a professional, we can't just be a joke, we must see the essence through the phenomenon. From the perspective of communication, we can find that the communication between the two sides is not in the position of the other side. For example, the battalion commander thinks that the officer on duty understands it, and the officer on duty thinks that he understands it. In fact, the officer on duty does not fully understand its meaning. From the result, it shows that this communication is invalid.

In terms of efficiency, the fast, accurate and effective method is that the battalion commander calls all the soldiers in the playground and informs all the people. On the contrary, through the communication of one person after another, the process is various, and the information communicated in the middle is increasingly deviated from the essence, resulting in the final presentation effect is not ideal.
