Yoga Class Has Opened in Sunny Worldwide Logistics

It is very common that every one has a strong life and working pressure living in such big city which moves fast. However, we must remember that health is the capital of our body to move on everything. Sunny Worldwide Logistics is an international sea and air cargo freight forwarding company which emphasizes employee physical and mental health of them , stressing employees to combine work with pleasure. Therefore, the strength of the team pushes Sunny Worldwide Logistics staff to organize to have yoga classes by themselves last week. We start our fitness journey this week.

Our yoga class is at 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday per week. We are ready for a Yoga Kit to welcome yoga classes. Yesterday the Yoga journey has been officially started. All of us have done our work quickly at hand then to go to have yoga class.


Coming to the Yoga room, everyone is listening to the teacher in an orderly arrangements for the quick beginning of yoga class. The teacher corrects everyone's action very seriously, and strives to achieve fitness results. Of course, we are also very careful and serious to follow our teacher's instructions.Moreover,the scene is really magnificent. We come into the state slowly from the stiff actions at the beginning.Although everyone is tired after class, it is worth doing it. I believe we can show a better state slowly in few weeks. Looking forward to the next yoga class.
