How to calculate the international express price

When we send express in China, we all know that the express companies will give us a detailed list of express prices, with clear charging standards for each region. Because of the distance, the charging standards of express companies in different regions are different. Express delivery goods are charged by weight, but the charge is calculated according to the formula of first weight plus continued weight. This is the price calculation method of our domestic express delivery. However, if we want to send international express, the price of international express is not the same as that of domestic express. How is the international express price calculated? Let's share with you how to calculate the international express price.

Before teaching you how to calculate the international express price, you should first make clear that there are four major international express companies, namely FedEx, UPS, DHL and TNT. Different express companies have different international express prices. Although there is a general freight calculation formula for calculating the price of international express, when we choose to send international express, we still have to choose which international express company to use to transport our goods. Now, let's start to teach you how to calculate the international express price. There are three situations in the calculation of international express delivery price: the first one is that when the actual weight of the goods to be sent is greater than the volume, the freight calculation formula is "first freight + (weight * 2-1) continuous freight". The second one is that when the actual weight of the goods to be sent is small and the volume is large, the freight shall be charged according to the packing volume standard of the goods, and then calculated on the basis of the company listed above. Total freight. The formula for calculating the package volume of goods is "length (CM) × width (CM) × height (CM) / 5000 = weight of goods (kg)." This method is used for FedEx, UPS, DHL and TNT. If we use EMS to send the goods, the volume calculation formula of the goods is "length (CM) × width (CM) × height (CM) / 5000 = weight (kg)". The third situation is that there is such a possibility that some international express mails sometimes need to add fuel surcharge in addition to the international express price. The price of this fuel surcharge is charged by the airport, and the charging standard is not fixed. So when we send international express, if we are informed that the fuel surcharge still needs to be included, then we can calculate according to the charging standard. Of course, when we are sending international express, as a customer, we sometimes don't need to be responsible for calculating these prices. We just need to make an inquiry to the forwarder, who will report the calculated prices to you. If you are a new freight forwarder to read this article, it will be very helpful to your work.

That's what I want to share with you. Have you learned how to calculate the international express price?
