2. For the cargo that ZIM return GATE IN at the port of departure on August 1, and the destination port of Los Angeles and Tacoma will charge a PCS ( Port congestion surcharge) of USD1000/container;
3. For the cargo that ZIM return GATE IN at the port of departure on August 1, and the destination port of Los Angeles and Tacoma will charge DDC USD1000/container;
4. For the cargo that ZIM return GATE IN at the port of departure on August 1, and the destination port of Other US & Canada Port will charge a PCS port congestion fee of USD1000/container;
5. For the cargo that ZIM return GATE IN at the port of departure on August 6, and the destination port of Los Angeles and Tacoma will charge a PCS port congestion fee of USD6000/container.
