Case Study: Air Freight of Oversized Cargo to the Middle East:


Our client, Mr. Li, had a shipment of construction materials that needed to be urgently delivered to a project site in the Middle East. The cargo measured 7 meters long, 2.4 meters wide, and 2.8 meters high, and required express delivery.


After consulting with several industry peers, none were able to take on the job. With the delivery deadline looming, the client was extremely anxious. Through a referral from a friend, the client reached out to us.


Taking into account the cargo’s oversized dimensions and urgent delivery requirements, we tailored a customized transportation solution. We coordinated with the airline multiple times to repeatedly confirm loading and boarding feasibility, and after finalizing a comprehensive and secure operational process, we initiated the shipment.


We coordinated ground loading and unloading as well as air freight dispatch throughout the entire process. Upon arrival in the destination country in the Middle East, we expedited customs clearance. The entire process took only about one week [Strong][Strong], and we successfully delivered the oversized construction materials to the project site, resolving the client’s urgent need. This was also a pleasant surprise for our clients regarding our oversized and special air freight services.
