Provide railway shipping solution for our client saving USD17000 shipping cost

Its happened on Oct. 2017, a Germany supermarket take a order to Shenzhen factory whom producted backpack  will as gift for opening ceremony, and request delivey the goods to Germany before the lastest delivery date base on DDU term. After factory producted the order, consignee entrust 3rd quality inspector to check the product, unfortunately the product is disqualificatio, all product need rework. 

Used half of month factory finally finished production, but the delivery date only left 28 days, sea freight from Shenzhen to Hamburg at least need 26 days, not include the time of China trucking & export customs declaration time, and Germany import customs clearance & delivery, sea freight. If the delivery time is delayed by sea to Germany, considering the urgency of the order and the expensive liquidated damages, the factory directly selects the air transportation plan, asks for air freight everywhere, wants to reduce the logistics cost, and uses the freighter to carry the cargo of 53CBM. 

The cost of air transportation is close to USD21500, which is eight times the cost of air shipping. Our sales know this situation, and advises factory shipping by the new European railway, pick up the container from the Shenzhen yard and loading the goods, trucking from Shenzhen to Chongqing only need 3 days, Chongqing to the Duisburg station for 16 days, and the foreign 2 working days to complete the customs clearance and delivery. 

The whole process is expected to for 21 days. The final customer chooses our railway plan, and the goods are delivered to foreign customers 6 days before the latest delivery.
